The Emerald Isle reserves the right to refuse any returns and/or exchanges and this will be decided on a case by case basis. Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase unused and in the same condition in which it left. Any defective product claims will be assessed by a representative and decided upon individually on a case by case basis as well. All refunds are done as "in-store credit" and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
